Ir. S.M.G (Sonia) Alberts-de Gier is an experienced consultant in the field of organizational development. She guides organizations through changes, with a focus on culture and leadership. She has a deep fascination for how groups of people organize themselves and develop behavioral patterns. Sonia specializes in how organizational cultures form and the role leaders play in shaping and developing these cultures. She incorporates insights from corporate anthropology, having completed the Corporate Anthropology program at the Academy for Organizational Culture. As a change facilitator and facilitator, she helps teams and organizations harness their own change potential. By looking without judgment, she creates the calm and space where change can occur. With her analytical background, she makes complex problems manageable and penetrates to the core of the matter. Before joining The Change Studio, Sonia worked as an organizational consultant at a Big Four consultancy firm and as a team coach for self-steering Agile teams.
